Conor, Lewis and Daniel return to the podcasting scene for a Christmas episode. Bald managers aren't doing well (bye Micky F), their teams are doing alright, and Pep's finally on his Bayern deathbed. A lot changes in a few months, apparently!

Dreierpack 60: Season Starts Now (with @luc_bvb)

September 24, 2015

Conor Garratt and Daniel are joined by regular guest Luca (@luc_bvb) to discuss Matchdays 5 and 6 of the Bundesliga, in what was a wholly unspectacular weekend of action and a mostly spectacular midweek set of games.

Conor gives us the lowdown on his trips to see Mainz and Darmstadt play, Luca drops some knowledge about the Fritz Walter award and Dan does whatever Dan does. Great episode. Tune in.

Dreierpack 59: Touch Turns to Goal

September 15, 2015

Conor Garratt and Lewis Ambrose discuss the weekend's Bundesliga, 2. Bundesliga and 3. Liga action, casting a quick gaze at a handful of European fixtures this week too.

The crisis at Borussia-Park continued, Conor paid over the odds for a train journey, Dortmund and Bayern continued their winning streaks thanks in large part to dodgy penalties and Darmstadt are still unbeaten. Some of those things, but not all of them, are times to be alive for.

Dreierpack 58: Neverkusen Takeover with Eric & Tom

September 2, 2015

Lewis and Dan are joined by Eric (@SchnixB04) and Tom (@megatraum) of the Neverkusen Podcast (@neverkusenpod) to run through the Bundesliga's weekend of results as well as all the interesting late transfer window business and of course the best 2. Bundesliga and 3. Liga action.

Leverkusen fell apart against Bayern after a stunning display against Lazio in midweek, Dortmund continued their fine form and Mönchengladbach lost again, and with transfers of the likes of Julian Draxler and Dante, there's a lot for the lads to discuss.

Conor Garratt and Daniel the Maniel are joined by the Rekordmeister Podcast's Scott Schroder (@heynckelpott) to discuss the Bundesliga's Matchday 2 as well as some general 2. Bundesliga & 3. Liga chat.

Dan ponders whether you can purchase 43 chicken nuggets from McDonald's, Conor says a lot of adjectives to describe Kevin Volland's record goal, De Bruyne is this week's Alpha Kevin and Scott tells us about some poor parenting he witnessed on a trip to Frankfurt am Main (we don't wish to sully the name of Frankfurt (Oder)).

Dreierpack 56: One Heller-va Goal - featuring @_feix

August 17, 2015

Conor is joined by Lewis, Dan and 1. FC Nürnberg fan and podcaster for meinsportradio.de, Felix (@_feix), to discuss German football returning to its fully-functioning self.

In part one, Conor and Lewis rattle through the first matchday of the Bundesliga in classic style. Bayern are once again setting the pace having been awarded a win by default against HSV, Dortmund (sadly) crushed Mönchengladbach, and Darmstadt left some of the neutrals smiling even if Rausch didn't quite score.

In part two, Conor, Dan and Felix chat all things FCN - from Rene Weiler, to Felix's club hero, to their match against 1860 on Monday evening - before looking at some of the more interesting happenings in Germany's second tier, as Bochum won again, Sandhausen set records and Karlsruhe ACTUALLY won.

All in all, it's an excellent time to be alive and another stunning week of Dreierpaction.

Ansgar gives us the scoop on Hannover while Conor drops some knowledge on Mönchengladbach, with Augsburg, Wolfsburg, Stuttgart and Bremen all benefiting from the Dreierpack Podcast treatment.

Meanwhile, Nils Petersen can't stop scoring, Dortmund have won unconvincingly again, and even Rausch scored...

In part two, Conor is joined by usual panellist Lewis Ambrose and somewhat-regular guest Luca (@luc_bvb) to discuss the Bundesliga, as the trio preview the seasons of Hamburger SV, Bayer Leverkusen, Eintracht Frankfurt, Hertha BSC, FC Ingolstadt and Borussia Dortmund.

Dreierpack 53: The Kevin Kuranyi Episode - featuring the Rekordmeister Podcast

July 28, 2015

Conor Garratt and Lewis Ambrose return to the fold for the 2015/16 season of German football, after the weekend on which the 2. Bundesliga and 3. Liga began. Freiburg swept away Nürnberg, Kaiserslautern were effective in beating Duisburg and Magdeburg, UEFA Cup winners in 1974, won their first ever 3. Liga game following promotion, earning their first win in professional football since the reunification of Germany and its football leagues.

Afterwards, the duo are joined by Scott Schroder (@heynckelpott) and Susie Schaaf (@fussballsusie) of the Rekordmeister Podcast to preview six of the Bundesliga teams' seasons, as Bayern, Darmstadt, Mainz, Köln, Schalke and Hoffenheim all get the Dreierpack Podcast treatment.

All in all, a great way to start the season and an excellent time to be alive.
